Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Sola Vip Transfer provides VIP transfer services in the Antalya region, including airport transfers, intercity transfers, and private tours.

2. Booking and Payment

• Reservations can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or phone.
• No prepayment required. Payment can be made in cash to the driver after the transfer.
• Prices are fixed with no hidden fees.
• Booking confirmation is sent via email and/or WhatsApp.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the transfer date.
• 50% cancellation fee may apply for cancellations less than 24 hours before.
• No fee for cancellations due to weather or force majeure.

4. Waiting Time

• Flight tracking is provided for airport transfers.
• No extra charge for delayed flights.
• 15 minutes free waiting time for city pickups.
• Additional fees may apply for waiting beyond 15 minutes.

5. Luggage and Passenger Capacity

• Mercedes Vito: Maximum 7 passengers, 7 suitcases
• Mercedes Sprinter: Maximum 11 passengers, 11 suitcases
• Please inform us in advance about excess luggage.
• Child seats are provided free of charge (must be requested in advance).

6. Vehicle and Service Quality

• All vehicles are air-conditioned, insured, and regularly maintained.
• Free WiFi and water service is provided.
• Professional and experienced drivers.
• Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.

7. Liability

Sola Vip Transfer is not responsible for personal item losses during transfers. Passengers are advised to keep valuable items with them.
